We are running out of resources and it caused by our obsession to consume more and more. A consumption that the government wanted us to believe using the media to make us buy because if don't buy or own stuff we don't have value. This is the idea to keep America economy strong. It is horrible to know how we are being manipulated to consume more than we need. We have to be aware now, before is too late that these imposed ideas of "consumption" are killing us little by little.The trash we produce out of that consumption is contaminating our planet that produces toxics. Even kids are consuming toxics out of breast milk . It cruel to know that government in alliance with corporations are contracting people with no options to work for them paying low wages and putting their life in danger because they have no other option than to work in a toxic environment. I feel angry and sad because we are contaminating the world and we are taking away other people natural resources in order to satisfy ourselves and increasing our value by consuming more than we need. We have to start changing those dumb ideals of value. We have to stop believing in materialism.
